In brief, 18 Carat Mama is a story which aims to sensitize the public about the need to have smear tests with a view to preventing and early detection of cervical cancer. It is written mainly around the three main female cast who live their lives without a care in the world, until one day tragedy strikes.

It is both a comedy and drama.
While it is aimed primarily at the African woman, who treats issues of  health with levity more so the dislike of the intrusion of her privacy, it is a story for the family and the general public.

This story is thought provoking, educating, entertaining and full of laughter. It is about total friendship, loyalty, endurance, trust and reality of everyday life situations.

18 Carat Mama was written by Helen Adenike Osabutey aka Helen Gold, for Helen Gold Productions; cinematography by the talented Nelson Spyk (3 London Girls, London Na Wa) and, directed by Titi Jacobs-Aseroma aka Lady TJ.
It features two of Nollywood’s finest veterans - Lanre Balogun and Fred Aseroma.

In a country where opportunities in the entertainment industry is very minimal for young and talented youths with colored skin, it is only fair that a group of great creative minds come up with a plan to reduce that stigma and provide an opportunity for individuals from all races to showcase their talents. 



2sides is a comedy series that depicts the intricacies in the lives of two young men living together and from very different background, with both living in direct contrast to their family backgrounds. The story encompasses their emotional life to their religious life and also touches on every aspect of life an individual living in the UK goes through. 




The production set location is based in Manchester and it boasts of pulling the best of the best cast and crew together. Prominent in the production is the Director RUKE AMATA a renowned Nollywood movie director with over 50 movies to his credit, Co produced by KEVWE OGUNJE and MALIK JIRO with the technical expertise of DAVION OLA who is Director of photography with two mainstream movies to his credit and Script written by award winning writer Evelyn Obahor. 



Starring in the series 2SIDES are Malik Jiro a proven event promoter and actor within the music video world, Kevwe Ogunje is a UK based actor with several films to his name including Theodora ibekwe produced Shameful Deceit, London Na Wa by Nelson spykk and other productions in UK and Nigeria, Dami ann Alabi who is also a young movie producer with Rubicorn to her credit, Tamara Komboye, Award winning Yvonne hays and Marie Gomez, hottest nollywood actor and photographer Sheyman Mcluving, and many other great upcoming talents.

 Olanna (Thandie Newton) and Kainene (Anika Noni Rose) are glamorous twins from a wealthy Nigerian family. Preoccupied by their romantic entanglements, and a betrayal between the sisters, the events of their life loom larger than politics. However, they become caught up in the events of the Nigerian civil war, in which the lgbo people fought an impassioned struggle to establish Biafra as an independent republic, ending in chilling violence which shocked the entire country and the world.

2) Provide day or weekend relief to single mother who have children with disabilities worldwide.
3) Rendering care and support of women and girls who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence, rape, rejection, emotional, physical and psychological abuse .
Ask your colleagues at work, your friends, families or the children at school to wear purple for a week and make a donation of £3 or more.
